Hear
ye, hear ye. I do hereby indict one Aroey Barbarossa, also known
as LongbenAvery, Henkie Morgen, Ben Avery and many other aliases,
on the following charges, as is my right, and duty even, under the
aforementioned Pyrate Artikles:-
that he did on
sundry and several occasions behave in such a manner as to bring
into disrepute (that is to say, even more disrepute than is good
fer us) the good name o' the Cutthroats forum by so-called raidin'
without due care and attention (or even ability);
that he did
treacherously and without consent assume leadership of an alliance
(to whit the LCA, in which I must declare an interest) and then
renege on us, the b@st@rd;
that he has on
numerous occasions driven even the most mild-mannered of pirates
(to whit, one Undead Jack of this brotherhood) to a fit of rage;
that he has
blatantly and shamelessly assumed numerous identities in vain
attempts to ingratiate himself with said pissed-off pirates;
that he has
unilaterally, and without her prior consent, declared a pirate
queen in these very islands;
and finally,
that we can't understand a bloody word 'e says.
Any pirates
wishing to add further charges te this indictment are, of course,
free te do so. The more the merrier, I says. Evidence is optional,
but may be good fer a laugh.
The accused 'as 12 hours te answer the charges and make a vain
attempt to defend 'imself.
Suggested
sentences to be passed when 'e is found guilty would be gratefully
received.
Thank'ee
kindly fer yer attention.

Here,
here!
Let's nail the
bloody bastid to the bow 'is own ship so 'e can truly be the
"leader" of his flock, or string 'im up, tar &
feather him! Who wants to organise a "boarding" party in
his honor? Do or die!

I
concur with the indictment. I believe that I should serve as
judge, since the rest of you have sacked Dutch towns, while I
haven't bothered with the bastards (not in the latest game
anyway), thereby making me more partial.

I
say chaps.
I believe I
should be the Judge in this case, my apologies re: Mr Christian.
On the following rationales:
1) That I hold in disdain all other pirates for having such a lack
of care toward appropriate trousers and
2)that all Dutchman look alike to me, there fore I will not be
able to discriminate against or for the said and aforementioned
Ben Avery of Barborossa.

Earnset,

I
must add another charge:
That he caused
me grave pain with the headache I received when I attempted to
"speak" in the same manner as he does. My eyes just came
uncrossed this morning and I still get a nervous twitch whenever I
see a Dutch Boy paint advertisement. I seek 1 million pesos
retribution or his carcass for the Minions; either one is fine
with me.

Thank
'ee, gentlemen. To Captain Fluffy Pants, sir, while the
qualifications ye mentioned would indeed imply that ye may be a
fair and honest judge, and whilst you do 'ave , without a doubt,
the finest pants in the land, Mr Christian did put 'isself up
first, so I reckons 'e gets the job. 'E 'as the added advantage o'
bein' acquainted wid much o' the evidence (not that evidence is
too important) and is therefore more likely te return a
"guilty" verdict, which is, after all, what we're lookin'
fer, ain't it?
Anyways, any
more charges te be considered? Any further imaginative senetences
te be passed after the verdict?
Cheers, lads
(& lasses)

Ok,
so the 12 hours is well past. No defence 'as been presented. I'm
prepared te give it another few hours, though I don't think 'es
goin' te play, is 'e? Obviously, 'is silence is further proof of
'is guilt. So, Fletch, if'n ye'd like te prepare yerself to pass
the "guilty" verdict, we can move on te the interestin'
bit - the sentencin'. I think ye should be wearin' one o' them
little black hankies what they put over their wigs, but ye don't 'ave
te wear the wig itself.

I
warned SD about Fairy. Just follow the link that Madman supplied
above. The funniest thing about the whole Sea Dogs situation is
that I told him to go join them and pull his crap over there so
he'd leave us alone, and the bastid did it!!!! What a lemming. The
kid can't even think for himself. I just hope that SD doesn't get
p!ssed at me for submitting them to Fairy's crap. Oh well.

Dis
here trial seems over an done wit afore it has even started.
Not a peep
frem dutchie who has fled tha forum an tried ta rustle some
Seadogs inta defendin his sorry hide wit a pirate raid.
Even Blackhawk
had defense council, in tha bold William Fly, who to his
everlasting credit stood up agin tha baying mob.
I suggests we
gits oursels a noble pirate, which rools meself out, ta state tha
case fer Dutchies defens. Witout a defence dis here trial aint
nuffin but a lynchin, not dat I is agin lynchin ye hear, or
keelhaulin, or rippin tha guts outa people, or tarrin an a
featherin. But afore we pronounces sentens on tha swab lets hear
frem someone puttin a case fer long benavery.
Speak up now
or Dutchie is a dead man.

Hey.
look at ben's new boat. 'E can fit everythin' but 'is ego in 'er,
an' she ain't no bigger'n an eyelash
So, what's the
general concensus on the sentencin' then? Maroonin' on SD does
seem a bit 'arsh on the poor ol' Seadogs. Mebbe 'e could be
sentenced te 'alf a dozen punishments te run consecutively?
Edit - Pikey,
'twould be more interestin' if'n some daft get would defend 'im,
or if'n 'e defended 'imself. 'E mus' be aware o' whats goin' on,
from the SD post linked above. I even extended 'is deadline. But
I's quite willin' te wait fer as long as it takes.
